You Will Not Find Me

You will not find me
When I don’t want to be found
You cannot conceive the places I hide
Darkness does not penetrate the absence of my light
Shadows can’t betray my formlessness
I suffocate the air
Breaking sacred promises with my breath
Evaporating in cold emptiness
Neither present nor absent
I am the void that gnaws at you fathoms deeper than you know exist
We will all die alone
Why is later a better option than now
